Dr. Stephanie N. Perry is the visionary force behind Crown Innovative Solutions. With over 20 years of experience in the social service sector, Dr. Perry has a proven track record of transforming service delivery programs and fostering growth. Her expertise encompasses strategic planning, operational efficiency, and leadership development.

Dr. Perry's journey began with a passion for enhancing program operations to realize their full potential for excellent customer service. After earning her Master of Social Services from Bryn Mawr College, she continued to refine her skills in the public and private sectors before obtaining her Doctor of Social Work at Capella University. 
 
In 2022, she founded Crown Innovative Solutions. Under her leadership, the firm is emerging as a trusted partner within the business community. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she has co-authored works, advocated for workplace psychological safety, and become a sought-after facilitator and leader in consulting. She shares her insights at industry conferences and mentors professionals as an adjunct professor.
